At peak times and during adverse weather conditions and strikes, please allow extra delivery time.

If you have not received your courier delivery 48hrs after dispatch and you do not have a courier card in your letterbox for you to rearrange delivery direct with your local courier despatch office – then please get in touch with us and we will arrange a redelivery for you.
If you do receive a card you are welcome to contact the courier direct as instructed by the details on the card but please be aware that this service provided by the courier will cost you 10p per minute on your telephone landline.
